Who are we?

We are a legal tech company specialised in digital and automated legal templates. Our founders share a view that legal markets could be more efficient, more transparent, more accessible and more affordable. Price doesn't always match the quality. There are tons of good lawyers out there – unfortunately, however, they cannot provide services to everyone all the time and not everyone can afford their services.

This is where thearkhives step into the picture. We want everyone to save time and money and be in charge of their own affairs by providing an easy access to high-quality legal documents.

thearkhives aims to be the new standard of law. Available to all – individuals and companies alike. Whether big or small. Whether a domestic matter or a cross-border business transaction. And most importantly, with prices that are affordable for everyone.

 

Finnish Legal Team

Our Finnish legal team is led by Samuli, Co-Founder of thearkhives, who brings over 15 years of experience in law and consulting. Throughout his career, he has worked at a Tier 1 law firm in Finland, served as a Partner in a law firm, held the role of Senior Manager at a Big Four firm, and completed his tenure as a Trainee Judge at a District Court.

Samuli holds four university degrees—two in law and two in business and finance—combining deep legal expertise with strong commercial and financial insight.

 

Charity

We want to lead by example when it comes to charity & giving back to the society. thearkhives will donate 1% of its revenue to charities and organisations working on issues related to environmental protection, global warming, climate change, ocean cleanup, education for underprivileged children, child protection, animal welfare and homeless people.

We will regularly publish news about our donations so that you can see what sort of impact our charitable work is creating.
